NEED TO KNOW MORE?

Your questions answered.

About the service,
with full transparency.

Do I have to pay to submit an enquiry?

No. Submitting an enquiry is not an order and does not trigger an invoice. Your enquiry and documents are reviewed first to determine whether we can assist.

How is the fee selected?

After reviewing your situation, we email a proposal specifying the service, fixed fee and expected timeframe. You are free to accept or decline. An invoice is emailed only after your explicit agreement.

What if you cannot take on my case?

We let you know by email. No invoice is issued for an enquiry we decline. Where appropriate, we may suggest a more suitable contact.

Is this a law firm?

No. RCM Conseils provides initial legal information and practical guidance. The service does not represent clients or accept court mandates. The initial review is neither a complete legal analysis nor a guarantee of results.

What if my situation is urgent?

If you face a court deadline, arrest, violence or a risk of deportation, contact a lawyer, a legal advice service or emergency services immediately. Do not wait for this platform to respond: using it does not suspend any deadline.
